Step 1: Navigate to the "Microsatellite" Tab

Explore Simple Sequence Repeats (SSRs) and polymorphic regions.

Step 2: Choose Filter Type

Select the desired filter type and then submit your query .

Filter Types:

• chromosome
• Scaffold
• click on submit to display the table

Step 3: SSR Detail table

For more deatils information of chromosme/scaffold click on view primer option

Step 4: Access Additional Information or you may download the csv file for further analyis

Click on the "download csv " tab to download the tables.
